Spice Up Your Valentine's Day

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching!  Go ahead, use all of your charms - as well as all your culinary talents - to keep the flame of love alive! Dare to be original this year and surprise your other half with a host of tantalizing aphrodisiac dishes. This evening is yours, indulge and enjoy!

Go all out with spices and herbs
Don’t hesitate to prepare dishes with saffron, ginger, cloves, Cayenne pepper, or even thyme, cinnamon and natural vanilla. All of these are beneficial for your physical and mental state, stimulate hormone production and blood circulation, and of course bring great flavor! Parsley, in particular, is a known vasodilator…garnish generously!

Increase in aphrodisiacs

Chocolate stimulates the production of endorphins, which are hormones of pleasure. Don’t hesitate to enjoy some with your lover - all in moderation of course and preferably with a high cocoa percentage.

lebootcampSeafood and asparagus are known to stimulate both male and female hormones. In particular oysters - which are also very rich in zinc and a wealth of other beneficial minerals - remain one of best natural stimulants for our sex hormones.

Throw in some truffles or caviar. The rarity and luxury of these delights give them elite aphrodisiac status; sure to be a turn-on!

Whether you’re already in love or single and searching, don’t forget to hit the dance floor after dinner. You’ll burn a host of calories without even realizing it – and hopefully meet your soulmate too!
